1) Who we are?

Nordic Monkeys is a parkour brand founded in 2024.

These Terms govern use of the website, shop, spot map, events/classes, and any other services (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.

2) Orders, pricing, and payments

Made to order. All products are produced on demand via trusted print partners (the Printify network).
Currency & pricing. Prices are as displayed at checkout. Any bank currency conversion or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order confirmation. After placing an order, an email confirmation is sent. If an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., stock/print issues), it will be cancelled and refunded.

3) Shipping & delivery

Production & shipping vary. Production times, carriers, and delivery windows vary by product and destination.
Tracking. Tracking (when available) is provided after dispatch.
If marked delivered but missing. Contact within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

4) Returns, replacements & order issues

Because items are made to order, returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color) are not accepted.

A replacement or refund will be provided if an order arrives damaged, defective/misprinted, or is lost in transit.
Email nordicmonkeysparkour@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for lost items) with:

order ID,
photos/video of the issue (for damaged/defective/misprinted items), and
a short description.

Resolutions are processed according to print-partner policies and standard practice.

5) Product safety & compliance

Only safe consumer products are placed on the market and applicable safety/traceability rules are followed.

6) Events & classes

Minimum age. Participants must be 6 years or older.
Minors. Ages 6–17 require parent/guardian consent and emergency contact details before attending.
Safety. Follow coach instructions at all times and respect local laws (no trespassing). Eligibility, age/skill criteria, and participation may be limited for safety reasons.

Media consent (required to attend)

Parents/guardians of minors must consent to photography/filming at events/classes. A later removal request can be made for featured images/videos of a child by emailing nordicmonkeysparkour@gmail.com with a link/screenshot. Please note:

Group photos and incidental/background appearances may still occur in media.
Exclusion from all background capture during dynamic activity cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations/refunds for events are stated on each event page/registration.

8) Intellectual Property (IP)

All content on the site—including the Nordic Monkeys name, logos, designs, graphics, photos, and videos—is protected by copyright and other IP laws and is © Nordic Monkeys.
Copying, reproducing, selling, or using this IP without prior written permission is not allowed.

9) User-Generated Content (UGC) & tagging

If you post/share content that references Nordic Monkeys (e.g., tag @nordicmonkeysparkour or use #nordicmonkeyspk) and you respond to a request to feature it—or your post/privacy settings reasonably allow re-use—you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, repost, and display that content on the website, social channels, and marketing, with credit.

Opt-out/removal. Permission can be withdrawn anytime by emailing nordicmonkeysparkour@gmail.com with a link/screenshot; the content will be removed.
Minors. Parent/guardian permission is required before featuring content that identifies a minor.

10) Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services (e.g., interfere with the website, scrape, send abusive content, or post unlawful material). Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.

11) Warranties & liability

As-is. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
No indirect damages. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages is excluded.
Cap. Total liability related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

12) Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy (see footer). That policy explains what is collected, why, and user rights.

13) Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page and apply going forward.
