At Nordic Monkeys, we strive to provide high-quality products. Since our products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, or change of mind. We follow the terms and conditions of Printify regarding returns and refunds.

2. Damaged or Defective Products  
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a reprint or refund under the following conditions:
- The issue is reported within **30 days** of delivery.
- The damage or defect is due to a manufacturing error.
- Clear photos of the defective product are provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items with minor variations in print placement (these are not considered defects).
- Orders with incorrect details entered by the customer.
