1) Who we are

Nordic Monkeys is a parkour brand founded in 2024.

These Terms govern use of our website, online shop, spot map, events, classes, and any related services (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.

2) Orders, pricing & payments

Made to order.
All merchandise is produced on demand through trusted print-on-demand partners (currently Printful). Products are custom-made for each order.

Pricing & currency.
Prices are shown at checkout. Any currency conversion, bank, or payment provider fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Order confirmation.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to production or availability issues, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

3) Shipping & delivery

1. Production & delivery times
Production times, carriers, shipping methods,

and delivery windows vary by product and destination and are estimates only.

2. Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after dispatch.

3. Marked as delivered but missing.
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within 30 days

of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

4. Delays.
Nordic Monkeys is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

4) Returns, refunds & order issues

Custom made goods, no returns for change of mind.
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse,

incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

Eligible issues:
A replacement or refund may be offered if an order:

• Arrives damaged

• Is misprinted or defective

• Is lost in transit

How to report an issue:
Contact nordicmonkeysparkour@gmail.com within:

• 30 days of delivery, or

• 30 days after the estimated delivery date (for lost items)

Include:

• Order ID

• Clear photos or video of the issue (for damaged/defective items)

• A short description

Resolution.
Resolutions are handled in accordance with Printful’s policies and standard print-on-demand practices.
Printful may offer a reprint or refund to Nordic Monkeys; customer refunds are issued by Nordic Monkeys at its discretion.

5) Product safety & compliance

We only place consumer products on the market that comply with applicable safety and traceability regulations.

6) Events & classes

Minimum age:
Participants must be 6 years or older.

Minors:
Participants aged 6–17 require written parent/guardian consent and emergency contact details prior to attendance.

Safety & conduct:
Participants must follow coach instructions at all times and respect local laws (including no trespassing). Participation may be limited or refused for safety reasons.

7) Media consent (required for events & classes)

By attending an event or class, participants (or guardians of minors) consent to photography and video recording for marketing and documentation purposes.

Removal requests:
Requests to remove featured images or videos of a child may be made by emailing nordicmonkeysparkour@gmail.com with a link or screenshot.

Please note:

• Group photos and incidental/background appearances may still occur

• Full exclusion from background capture during dynamic activities cannot be guaranteed

Event refunds.
Cancellation and refund rules for events, workshops, jams, or camps are stated on each individual event page.

8) Intellectual Property (IP)

All content on the website — including the Nordic Monkeys name, logos, designs, graphics, photos, and videos — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is © Nordic Monkeys.

Use, reproduction, resale, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

9) User-Generated Content (UGC)

If you tag Nordic Monkeys or use associated hashtags and agree to a feature request (or your privacy settings reasonably allow reuse), you grant Nordic Monkeys a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit.
You may withdraw permission at any time by emailing nordicmonkeysparkour@gmail.com with a link or screenshot.
Content identifying minors will only be featured with parental/guardian consent.

10) Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, including attempting to disrupt operations, scrape content, submit abusive material, or engage in unlawful behavior. Access may be restricted or terminated for violations.

11) Warranties & liability

As-is:
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Limitation of liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Nordic Monkeys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability cap:
Total liability related to any purchase is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12) Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see website footer), which explains data use and user rights.

13) Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Changes apply going forward.
